My New Food -Brussel Sprouts

Breakfast for Late Dinner anyone? Those who know me well – know that until very recently I didn’t like (meaning despised) Brussel Sprouts. But a nice friend / chef friend of mine made me try them under blindfold. And now that I’ve had – and my childhood trauma removed… I cannot get enough of them. So tonight after a long day of paperwork. Mushroom, shallot, garlic, brussel sprout, Parmesan egg frittata topped with cilantro and additional parm dusting. Wow fantastic. And no therapy just a simple blindfold and open mind for new ideas. Maybe add some salsa??? Oh what else can I do??
